Cliffco’s Customer Service Agreements (CSAs) is an agreement between the client and Cliffco Repair.

  All agreements are custom designed to fit the needs of the client. Scheduled maintenance and repair jobs are some of the terms of these agreements. These agreements can be a flat monthly rate or an agreement of a discounted hourly fee. The client might choose different CSA’s for different machines along with what components that are covered for each machine. That is what is great about these agreements.
